Fenix Crowd is developing a proposed regulated crowdfunding service. The site is not an investment offer, does not accept client money and must not be relied on as confirmation of regulatory authorisation, an approved campaign or a payment-provider arrangement.

Before any regulated launch, Fenix Crowd will publish accurate legal-entity, permission, jurisdiction, complaints and investor-protection information that has been approved through its compliance process.

Fenix Crowd is a pre-incorporation venture led by Daniel Turnbull. Incorporation in Estonia is planned. Fenix is not currently an authorised crowdfunding service provider, and no regulatory approval is claimed.
