Pre-launch privacy notice

This notice explains the limited public-site position while Fenix Crowd’s portal and regulated operating model are being rebuilt. It is not the final privacy notice for any future investment, payment, identity-verification or issuer-onboarding service.

Who is responsible

Fenix Crowd is a pre-incorporation initiative led by Daniel Turnbull, who is responsible for handling enquiries to this website. For a privacy question or to request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry information, email support@fenixcrowd.com. You may also complain to the relevant data-protection authority.

Information currently provided

The public site does not offer account registration, investment, payment, KYC or fundraising submission. If you choose to email the contact address, the information in that email will be handled to respond to your enquiry. Do not send identity documents, financial information or confidential business material through the public website or email channel.

Enquiry information is used to respond to your request and pursue relevant discussions, on the basis of a legitimate interest in handling those enquiries. It is retained only for as long as needed for that purpose or to meet applicable legal obligations. Hosting and email providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and delivery logs. Contact us for information about the providers and transfer safeguards relevant to your enquiry.

Next steps

Before any portal or regulated service launches, Fenix Crowd will publish a reviewed privacy notice identifying the controller, processing purposes, lawful bases, retention periods, international transfers, processors, rights and contact route.
